Sirloin Steak with Peppercorn Sauce

Ingredients

2 sirloin steaks

Crushed black peppercorns

200ml double cream

1 tsp Dijon mustard

Method

1. Sear steaks to desired doneness.

2. Deglaze pan, stir in cream and mustard.

3. Simmer and pour over rested steaks.
