Braised Lamb Shanks in Red Wine & Rosemary

Ingredients

2 lamb shanks

1 onion

2 carrots

2 garlic cloves

250ml red wine

250ml lamb stock

Rosemary

Method

1. Sear shanks, then remove.

2. Add veg, wine, stock and rosemary.

3. Return shanks, cover and braise at 160°C for 3 hrs.

4. Serve with mash or polenta.
