1 tbsp Country Range garlic butter
1 tbsp rosemary
Salt & pepper
1. Rub chops with rosemary, salt and pepper.
2. Grill or pan-sear 3–4 mins per side.
3. Add garlic butter to pan and baste.
4. Rest and serve with minted peas or crushed potatoes.
