Ingredients

1.5kg boned & rolled lamb leg

2 tbsp mixed herbs

2 garlic cloves

1 tbsp oil

Salt & pepper

Method

1. Rub lamb with herbs, garlic, oil, salt and pepper.

2. Roast at 190°C for 1hr 45mins.

3. Rest 20 mins and slice.
