Roasted Lamb Best End with Mustard Crust

Ingredients

1 x lamb best end

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp Country Range breadcrumbs

1 tsp chopped rosemary

Salt & pepper

Method

1. Rub lamb with mustard, herbs and breadcrumbs.

2. Roast at 200°C for 20 minutes (pink), rest and slice.

3. Serve with seasonal veg and lamb jus.
