Seared Lamb Rump with Balsamic Reduction

Ingredients

2 x 200g lamb rumps

1 tbsp oil

50ml balsamic vinegar

1 tsp honey

Method

1. Sear lamb rump on all sides.

2. Roast at 190°C for 10–12 mins.

3. Rest and slice, drizzle with balsamic & honey reduction.
