Barnsley Chops with Rosemary Roast Potatoes

Ingredients

2 Barnsley lamb chops

2 sprigs rosemary

2 garlic cloves, crushed

1 tbsp Country Range vegetable oil

Salt & pepper

Method

1. Season chops with salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary.

2. Grill or pan-sear for 4–5 mins each side.

3. Rest and serve with rosemary roast potatoes.
