Slow-roasted Bone-in Lamb Shoulder with Garlic & Rosemary

Ingredients

1.5kg bone-in lamb shoulder

2 tbsp Country Range rosemary & garlic seasoning

4 garlic cloves, slivered

1 tbsp olive oil

200ml lamb stock

Salt & pepper

Method

1. Preheat oven to 160°C.

2. Make small incisions in the lamb and insert garlic slivers.

3. Rub with seasoning, oil, salt, and pepper.

4. Place in a roasting tray with stock, cover with foil.

5. Roast for 3.5 hours, then uncover and roast another 30 mins.

6. Rest, shred, and serve with rich gravy and roast vegetables.
